Description:
Samples collected during the 1992 field season as part of a geologic mapping project in the Helm Bay region on the southern Cleveland Peninsula, Craig C-1 and Ketchikan C-6 1:63,360 quadrangles. This study was conducted as part of a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Bureau of Mines and DGGS to investigate the geology and mineralization of the Ketchikan Mining District.
