Description:
As part of the CTP partnership agreement with FEMA, DGGS will conduct landslide and snow avalanche mapping and slope analysis for community-selected areas in and around Cordova, Alaska. This project will collect and process lidar data, utilize existing imagery products, and conduct geospatial analysis and modeling to produce assessments of 1) landslide characteristics and susceptibility and 2) avalanche hazards in and around Cordova.
