Projects and/or Research Interests
Jessie Christian joined the DGGS Coastal Hazards Team after completing her Master's degree at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Her research interests include monitoring coastal hazards through community based monitoring methods, and mapping flooding and erosion around coastal Alaska. Jessie assists with coastal mapping, data collection and delivery to rural Alaskan communities.
